PURPOSE AND PUBLIC BENEFIT

Purpose

Fetal Rescue and Adoption’s purpose is to develop and provide solutions for pregnant women who do not want their child, that are both pro-life and pro-choice.

We believe that human science and God’s sovereignty for human life can and should be harmonious with the beginning stages of human life whenever possible and practicable.

As of 2025, pregnant women who do not want their child have only two solutions available to deal with the human fetus that lives within them.  They may either:

  1. Terminate the pregnancy by any form of abortion which is supported by pro-choice organizations and entities, or
  2. Carry the fetus to full term and give the baby up for adoption, which is supported by pro-life organizations and entities based on moral issues.

We support developing additional solutions that rescue the fetus by keeping the living fetus alive, such as, but not limited to:

  1. Fetal Adoption by a willing mother, whereby the living human fetus can be transplanted from the woman who does not want to carry the fetus to birth to the mother who wants to carry the fetus to birth; and
  2. Fetal Adoption by artificial womb, whereby the living human fetus can be transplanted from the woman who does not want to carry the fetus to birth to an artificial womb.

We support educating the public, the medical fields of study, and the medical marketplace by accurately defining terms such as “Fetal Adoption”, “Fetal Transplant from woman to woman”, “Fetal Transplant to artificial womb”, and other terms as they develop in the emerging field of science and its technologies.

We support dialogue with both pro-life and pro-choice entities to ensure that women have the additional scientifically supported choices that allow the living fetus to have an opportunity to be born.

We support post-fetal adoption counselling and support in order to avoid the post-abortion mental stresses, such as the turmoil associated with post-abortion depression and regret symptoms that have been experienced by women who have terminated a life.
